About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will act as both a trusted adviser and hands-on HR professional. This hybrid role combines leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting employees through the full HR lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders from the R&D units to design effective recruitment strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives such as on-boarding, performance, engagement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Partner with managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offers, and on-boarding.

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.

• Provide market insights and benchmarking to stakeholders regarding talent availability, salary data, and competitive trends.

HR Business Partner / Generalist Functions

• Support HR policies, processes, and people initiatives across assigned teams or regions.

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development and other people related topics

• Deliver a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding experience for all employees.

• Support employees on career development, conflict resolution, employee relations issues, disciplinary processes and other people related topics to ensure fair and consistent practices.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans.

• Support learning and development initiatives and participate in HR projects.

• Partner with People operations on all HR related topics.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of proven experience in both recruitment and full-stack HR generalist/business partner roles in a 50-100 FTEs scale-up.

• Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, mobile) in software engineering organizations

• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.

• Strong understanding of labour law in Serbia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Germany and Moldova and international HR practices

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
