Growth Marketing Manager
The Company:
Product-led B2B SaaS in accounts-payable automation, integrating with Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. 10,000+ subscribers across 80+ countries. Finance teams love the product. The challenge is making sure more of the right people discover it.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and turn digital spend into trials, demos, and pipeline. This goes beyond a typical PPC manager role. You’ll own strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll run a proper experimentation programme with a dedicated test budget. You’ll help turn intent signals into campaigns and targeted outbound. And you’ll challenge what isn’t working until it does.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build, not just manage. Someone who sees a campaign that’s “fine” and wants to make it better. Someone who’s already using AI to move faster and thinks about what’s possible, not just what’s been done before. If you’re the type who brings ideas before being asked, this is your kind of role.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work alongside a PPC Specialist who handles in-platform execution and can support with account structures, so you can focus on strategy and growth. The wider Digital & Demand Gen team includes a Website & Marketing Ops Manager who owns HubSpot, tracking, reporting, and website operations. You report to the Director of Digital & Demand Generation, and you’ll have access to the wider marketing org: product marketing, content, design, events, and customer marketing. You’re not expected to write blog copy, build guides, or design creative. You focus on acquisition, experimentation, and making paid channels work harder.
This is a digital-first, AI-enabled role. We use AI tools daily to accelerate copy testing, reporting, and campaign workflows. Not as a gimmick. As part of how we actually work.
This is a fully remote UK-based role, with occasional travel to the London office for team days.
What you’ll do:
Paid acquisition: build, optimise, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, G2, Bing, and Reddit. Own account structures, bidding, audiences, and creative testing. Be accountable for trials and pipeline, not just clicks and impressions.
Experimentation: design and run structured tests across audiences, messaging, channels, and formats. Manage a dedicated test budget. Build the business case to scale what works.
Funnel & CRO: challenge landing pages and user journeys. Use behavioural tools (Hotjar, Clarity) to inform decisions. Work with content and design to improve click-to-trial conversion.
AI & automation: use AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to accelerate copy testing, campaign builds, and reporting. Help build scalable marketing workflows and reporting automation.
Reporting: own dashboards in Looker Studio/GA4/HubSpot. Report against trials, demos, CAC, payback, and funnel conversion. Surface insights proactively.
Collaboration: partner with product marketing, content, events, and customer marketing. Support outbound workflows and new GTM plays. Bring creative and strategic input.
Must-haves:
4+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or fintech. Deep Google Ads expertise (search, display, PMax, scripting, bid strategies).
Strong LinkedIn Ads experience. Proven track record scaling campaigns and improving metrics.
Experience running structured experiments. Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and funnels. Proficiency with HubSpot and GA4.
Comfortable using AI tools daily. Native or near-native English. UK-based with right to work.
Nice-to-haves
CRO and behavioural tools (Hotjar, Clarity, PostHog).
SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Dashboard building. AP automation or fintech experience.
Familiarity with product-led growth and free-trial funnels.
