Job Description:
As a Revenue Operations Specialist within the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, you will play a key supporting role in driving revenue growth and optimizing internal processes across the organization.
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with the System Administrator (CRM & HubSpot) to strengthen the analytics capabilities of the Operations team. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, finance, operations, and customer support.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze both historical and ongoing revenue and marketing data, as well as the processes behind them, to generate insights and recommend improvements. Your work will directly inform strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
Analyse data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, sales tools, marketing automation platforms, and other databases.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate relevant data.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to revenue generation, customer behaviour, and operational performance.
Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present insights clearly and effectively.
Process Analysis
Evaluate existing processes across marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and support teams.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and propose scalable, automated solutions.
Work with RevOps teammates to implement improvements within CRM systems and integrated platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration across teams to propose initiatives, share insights, and align on action plans.
Partner closely with the Revenue Operations Manager, System Administrator, and departmental stakeholders to gather input and drive alignment.
Insights & Recommendations
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth and operational excellence.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Track and measure the impact of implemented changes against key performance indicators.
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in revenue operations and analytics.
Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvement and scalability.
Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity, reporting structures, and data infrastructure to support better decision-making and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing data, including key metrics, KPIs, and processes.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or CRM/marketing platform reporting tools).
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
