Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced field marketing professional to join our Marketing team to own and drive our marketing efforts in the APAC region. This role is pivotal to drive APAC revenue, brand and sales enablement initiatives in partnership with the wider marketing team and local revenue team. You’ll bring expertise in B2B marketing to support the strategy development and take the lead in executing this within your region across events, webinars, campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships and content.
The Role
Regional Field Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated field marketing plans that align with revenue objectives and regional opportunities.
Event Management: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (e.g. trade shows, roadshows, partner events, customer meetups, executive dinners).
Opportunity & Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new regional marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships to support revenue growth and strengthen brand presence.
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to create region-specific messaging, collateral, and campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline.
Campaign Localisation: Adapt and localise global campaigns for regional audiences, ensuring alignment with local trends and needs.
Data & ROI Tracking: Monitor campaign performance metrics, report on KPIs, and optimise for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or regional marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
Strong understanding of local business culture with specific knowledge of the accounting/finance ecosystem, particularly platforms such as Xero, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks
Proven track record of planning and executing successful regional marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth
Experience managing events, webinars, and regional campaigns from concept to execution
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships across sales, customer success, marketing and external partners
Experience working with CRM, design tools and marketing automation platforms (such as Canva, Figma, Hubspot)
Data-driven approach to marketing with ability to track, measure and report on performance
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a region-specific role
